9:45pm: Remember, Prosser got 55% in the first round back in February, so he needs to do 5% or so worse than that in order to lose. Right now, he's doing almost exactly as well as he did then, if not a touch better.
9:52pm: Prosser retakes the lead, 51-49, with about 10% reporting.
10:01pm: With 446 of 3630 precincts, Prosser up 51-49, or about 5K votes.
10:08pm: 13% of the vote is in, and Prosser's lead has been cut to under 2K.
10:16pm: Dem Chris Abele is up in Milwaukee County, 61-39 with about a quarter of the vote in.
