Hurricane Irene Storm threatens ceremonies as nearly 50 years after his iconic 'I Have a Dream' speech, Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy is now commemorated as a memorial on the National Mall just a walk away from other monuments honoring some of America's most influential figures -- Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, and George Washington.
